Works easiest with rumble. Just copy/paste the URL to the page that has your video and chat, enter a description and hit go once your stream is live. Links entered as part of the description become navigable on Kroo.
For other platforms provide the m3u8 playlist. To find the m3u8 link for your livestream use your browser's element inspector (how-to video) or try this Firefox extension that finds m3u8.
